MercyOne Forest City Family Medicine has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an outpatient practice located in beautiful Forest City, Iowa.Join the team of 2 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers. See approximately 20-25 patients per day. Your practice will be enhanced by tenured RN's and experienced office staff. this employed position offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits. Services include:
laboratory, x-ray, EKG, Podiatry, Orthopedics, Behavioral Services- Individual and Family Counseling. MercyOne Forest City Family Medicine is part of an 8 hospital, 42 clinic network. This clinic is located just 30 miles from MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City. MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center is a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital, named Top 100 Hospital nationally for achieving excellence in clinical outcomes, growth and fiscal management for several years. We are a faith-based, not-for-profit community healthcare system offering comprehensive healthcare services for people throughout northern Iowa and southern Minnesota. Our 300
physician medical staff offers nearly all medical and surgical subspecialties, from general medical care to open-heart surgery. This is a full-service Hospital with a 24/7 Hospitalist program. We are a Level III trauma center and offer post-graduate education programs on site, including a four-year Cardiology Fellowship, Palliative Care Fellowship, Family Medicine Residency Program and In ternal Medicine Residency Program. Qualifications:
Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowaphysician license;Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate. NOTE:
